Song of the Evertree gives me serious animal crossing vibrations

Grow: Song of the Evertree is the recent offer of the Australian game developer, Prideful Sloth. This is a studio that focuses on the marriage of narrative narrative with the detailed construction of the world. Their previous game, the well received Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles, is a showcase of these values. Both games contain beautiful worlds that players can explore and experiment. The target exit date of Grow is November 16, 2021.

The game takes place in Alaria, a once prosperous world. A world that has been fed by the many branches of the Evertree, but the Tierus formerly majestic does not bloom, reducing to a simple young tree. To further complicate things, you must rediscover the lost knowledge of what has grown the Evertree. In terms of configuration of history and gameplay, Evertree launches serious Ferngully mixed with animal crossing vibrations. As the last of the everheart alchemists, you have the duty to take care of the Evertree. To do this, you explore the world and, doing so, develop your skills. Perhaps, just perhaps, will also redepover lost knowledge that can give Everree and Alaria their glory of yesteryear. However, there is no clock that forces you to finish the game. This means that you can take your time to restore the world.

You start the game by agriculture, which requires you to take care of the Earth with the help of tools you make, such as false, mogwings and axes. Once you have restored land, other activities, such as construction and fishing, challenges and quests are unlocked. These new opportunities allow you to customize villages and communities, increasing the health of the Evertree. Then, as the Evertree grows, the seeds of the world become available. With your alchemy capabilities, you can use these seeds to expand the world in the branches of the Evertree. These new worlds include familiar environments such as forest, ice and desert. As you develop Alaria and new adventures become available, it is important to note that all the atmosphere of the game remains an atmosphere of relaxation and pleasure. This tone extends to colorful and luxuriant visuals, with an animation aesthetics in the vein of Japanese RPGs. This atmosphere is further reinforced by the relaxing music of the game.

To help you in your travels, several companions. First, there is Coppertop and Book, who serve you with sources of knowledge. You are traveling with Kazumi, your flight companion, which is a very Pokémon creature. On a more practical level, help comes from the citizens of Aleria, Everkin. They teach you how to manufacture and use tools to cultivate and build.

Grow is above all a life simulation game. Adventures are discreet exploration business. Their main goal is to allow you to find a new animal and vegetable life that allows you to discover the wonderful visuals and audio of the game.

Prideful Sloth has proven itself with this life simulation adventure style style and you can expect that Grow: Song of the Evertree is another winning product for them. Look for Grow: Song of the Evertree will be launched on all platforms on November 16, 2021.
